WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGE $5500

The Wine Cellar + Pavilion Barn

Package Includes:

  • Friday- Rehearsal Dinner (under 75 guests) + Set up day 11am-11pm
  • Saturday- Ceremony + Reception (up to 125 guests) 11am-11pm
  • Sunday- Break down day 9am-12pm
  • $500 Security Deposit Required

Dressing Suite

Access to Dressing Suite Include:

  • 4 hours access on Wedding Day (must select 4 consecutive hours of use)
  • 2 Vanity areas w/mirrors
  • 2 Private dressing areas
  • Sitting area w/TV + Patio
  • Complimentary Champagne & Iced Water

Day Of Event Coordinator

Our Day of Coordinator Services include: (event timelines/vendor list must be provided by host)

  • Rehearsal Dinner assistance (3 hours)
  • Management of Vendors/Deliveries on day of Ceremony/Reception
  • Coordination of activities & timeline on Event Day 
  • Guest Parking coordination
  • Completion of the Post-Event Cleaning Check-list

Other Add-ons or Fees:

Required Security Deposit To Reserve Date (per date)

$250-$500

This will go against any damages to property.  Non- Refundable for Cancellations.

**This is NOT deducted from your total invoiced amount

**100% of projected total due no later than 30 days prior to Event Date or event will be cancelled. Non-Refundable for cancellations.

**Any events secured prior to 30 days before event date must pay Security Deposit+ Total invoiced amount before date is Reserved

EARLY OR LATE ACCESS

$50-$100/ HR

Prior to 11:00am arrival time= $50 per hour

After 11:00pm last guest out the gate= $100 per hour

PATIO HEATERS

$90/ea

includes 1-2 propane tanks, up to 6 available

EXTRA TABLES & CHAIRS

$4-$10 ea

Extra Tables needed in additional to what is included $10 each. Extra Chairs range from $4-$10 each.

EXTRA TABLE/CHAIR COVERS

$2-$10 ea

Assortment of Table covers, chair sashes/covers, cheesecloths, table runners, etc... Please see photo gallery for inventory

CEREMONY BENCHES

$200

Use of ceremony benches on property when the Pavilion is not rented. Seats 180-200.

CATERING

$16-$40/person

In-house catering includes Set up/Break down, Standard disposable plates, utensils, cups, napkins.Includes elegant food stands, sterno/food warmers, to-go trays & bags.

*Guests are welcome to provide their own catering or bring their own food (must be set up/broke down by guests)

DECORATING SERVICES

$800-$1500

Full Decorating to include in-house decorations & artificial flowers. Pavilion= $800, Wine Cellar=$900 each, Both facilities=$1500

DAY OF EVENT COORDINATOR

$350-$750

Standard events (4-6 hours)=$350, Large Events/Weddings (12 hours)=$750

HOLIDAY FEE

$200

Applies to events scheduled on:  Jan 1st, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE

$200

Required when excessive cleaning is required per rental agreement

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

3%

Required when invoice payments are made online. May pay in cash or cashiers check to avoid fee.
