Extra Tables needed in additional to what is included $10 each. Extra Chairs range from $4-6 each.

Use of ceremony benches on property when the Pavilion is not rented. Seats 200-250.
In-house catering includes Set up/Break down, Standard disposable plates, utensils, cups, napkins.Includes elegant food stands, sterno/food warmers, to-go trays & bags.

Full Decorating to include in-house decorations & artificial flowers. Wine Cellar or Pavilion (1 facility)=$800 each, Both facilities=$1400
