This fee is REQUIRED if your event is rated at 100 guests OR is a Wedding Event OR is self-serving alcohol / allowing guests to consume alcohol on the premises.

This will go against any damages to property or uncleaned areas (when cleaning add-on fee not elected). Non- Refundable for Cancellations. Due before Reservation Confirmed.
