Upon receipt of a deposit, we will collaborate with clients to create a proposed catering menu tailored to client preferences. Following approval of the service style and menu, an invoice will be issued. To ensure the reservation of our catering services, payment of the invoice will be required upon receipt.

A: We are pleased to offer 3 distinct service styles to cater to your preferences. The Self-Serve option provides guests with complete autonomy over their dining experience. For those who prefer a touch of convenience, our Self-Serve with Food Bar Maintenance ensures that guests can help themselves while our attentive staff diligently refills the food and maintains the cleanliness of the food bar. Lastly, we offer the Plated Service, where guests are elegantly served by our professional staff.

A: Certainly, customers are welcome to contact and engage their preferred vendors and photographers if they wish.

A: When securing these options in an event venue package, The Barrel House will cover these expenses, allowing the customer to settle the payment directly through their invoice. This streamlined process ensures that customers need to only make a one payment, enhancing convenience

A: Our professional photography services start at a base rate of $120+. Please note that this price is subject to variation depending on the nature of the event, the number of guests, the duration of service, and the specific pricing of our photographers. To get an exact quote tailored to an event's unique requirements, we will reach out to our esteemed photographers to ensure the best possible arrangement for our clients' needs.

A: If a customer wishes to reserve the venue a day prior to their event date, event pricing will apply for both days. This reservation will also require a deposit fee to secure both dates. However, if the customer opts to pay the invoice in full to secure both days, no additional deposit will be required.

A: The Barrel House uses SoundQuest DJ to provide exceptional entertainment for all our events. Our packages begin at $700 for four hours of unparalleled service.

A: This option extends an opportunity for our clients to explore our event decoration inventory and ascertain items align with their vision. When using our Full Service Event Planning Packages, use of Decoration Storage is included to save clients money on their Decoration Budget.
